At Yūjō Matcha, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality matcha. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that special situations may arise, and we’re here to assist.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order is damaged or you experience an issue with an unopened product, please reach out to our customer support team at support@yujomatcha.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and help you find a solution.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
To be eligible for a return or refund under special circumstances, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging
- It is accompanied by a proof of purchase
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
