At Yūjō Matcha, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality matcha. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we understand that special situations may arise. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with an unopened product, please contact our customer support within 30 days of purchase. Our team will review your case and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

To be eligible for a return under special circumstances, the product must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
